Job Title:

Union Home Mortgage

This position is responsible to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This role requires answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and requisition of supplies

Answer telephone and direct the caller to the appropriate associate. Transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
Greet and direct visitors to the company
Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
May assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Providing lunches for training and various meeting groups
Handling Customer Survey Reviews
Maintaining a positive culture as an ambassador of UHM.

Required Skills:
Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Full or Part Time:
Full time

M-F, 8am-5pm
Based out of Strongsville
