CRDN/Restore Clean Ohio specializes in restoring homes and businesses after catastrophic events such as fires and floods. Our expert team works closely with homeowners and insurance companies to recover and restore valuable belongings, ensuring a smooth and efficient recovery process.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. This position is ideal for someone with experience in contents restoration, leadership, and crew management.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Organization:
• Lead and direct a crew on-site, ensuring efficient and effective execution of restoration tasks.
• Organize and manage pack-outs, assessing rooms to determine the best approach for inventorying and removing contents.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with homeowners, recognizing the delicate nature of their loss.
Packing, Inventory & Documentation:
• Accurately inventory, document, and pack items for cleaning and restoration.
• Ensure all items are properly handled, categorized, and transported.
Execution & Efficiency:
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of detail and care.
• Follow and implement plans developed by the Lead Technician, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Prior experience in restoration required.
• Strong leadership skills—ability to run a crew and direct workflow.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to speak professionally and empathetically with homeowners, guiding them through the process with care.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment (lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods).
• Bi-lingual candidates are highly valued, as we work with diverse communities.
