Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and provide support and assist with overall customer service
• Process paperwork and enter computer database
• Perform general office duties such as data entry, copying, scanning, faxing, etc.
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed
• Filing, scanning, organizing, specific documents & procedures

Required Skills:
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Computer/Technology Savvy
• Strong communication skills. Verbal and Written
• Ability to manage and achieve multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel and Quickbooks
• Office experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team
• Ability to work 3 to 4 days a week

Hours:
Schedule:
• 6-7 hour shift
• 3 to 4 days a week
• Monday – Friday
• No weekends

Wage:
Base on experience
