In this position you’ll drive our company truck (NO CDL Required!) to our customers’ homes or businesses to take away their unwanted items or provide non-structural demolition services. You will have one or a whole team of workers you will be working alongside and leading. It is VERY HARD AND LABOR INTENSIVE WORK and you need to keep a positive attitude, if you are not up for the challenge please DO NOT apply. We want individuals who are ready to work, extremely positive, eager to learn, and want more responsibility. You’ll learn sales, leadership, service, and business.
Move My Mess Junk Removal employees can expect a fast paced work environment with every day being different from the last. With that being said, the duties and responsibilities of a Crew Member are listed below. Please note this is not a comprehensive list and is only meant to manage your expectations of the day to day.

Required Skills:
Ability to learn scheduling software
Clean driving record and the ability to drive a non CDL commercial vehicle
Be physically able to work in a variety of conditions to include outdoors in the elements
Comfortable working with power tools on occasion
Must be flexible and willing to work with a changing schedule
Available to work weekends as needed
21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
A valid Ohio driver’s license and good driving record
Reliable transportation
GREAT attitude, reliable, and hardworking
Physically able to lift/carry 75+ pounds repeatedly over a full shift
Steel or composite toe work boots and long work pants (shirts will be provided).
Previous experience in general labor, management, customer service, driving a trailer, and/or sales is a plus, but no experience required – we train happy, hardworking individuals.
Arrive for work on time in the correct uniform
Report to the truck direct report
Frequently sorting and loading household items such as furniture
Identify and separate items for resale, donation and recycling
Identify common metals such as non ferrous and separate for scrap metal recycling
Talk with customers while representing the Haul n All brand and our values of Respect, Integrity & Trust
Assist in Guerilla marketing

Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00pm / Weekend as needed. Expected hours: 30-50 per week
Wage:
$18-$30/hr (all-in with base pay, tips, profit sharing and incentives)
