We’re looking for District Managers to oversee multiple pool facilities, mentor Area Managers and lifeguards, and keep operations running safely and smoothly all season long.
You’ll be on the move — visiting sites, solving problems, supporting your team, and making sure clients are happy. Every day’s different, and every decision makes an impact.
What You’ll Do:
🚘 Oversee 5–15 pools and their teams
👥 Lead, train, and mentor staff
💧 Keep facilities clean, safe, and on point
📞 Communicate with clients and handle issues fast
You Are:
✅ A confident, hands-on leader
✅ Great at problem-solving and communication
✅ Certified in Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid (or ready to get certified!)
✅ Organized, adaptable, and ready to take charge

Required Skills:
🧠 Requirements
Essential:
High school diploma or GED (or in progress)

At least 18 years old

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (you’ll drive a company vehicle)

American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, and AED certification

Preferred:
3+ years of lifeguarding experience

1+ year of management or supervisory experience

Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor or Instructor Trainer certification

Studying or experienced in Business, Management, Recreation, or a related field

Full or Part Time:
Full Time

Hours:
Flexible Schedule (you make your own!) & 40 hours a week minimum

Wage:
$17 – $ 20

Start Date:
February 2026
