DreamDecks is looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in clean cuts, tight lines, and building outdoor spaces that actually stay standing. You’ll be part of our field crew building premium composite decks, covered patios, pergolas, roofs, and full outdoor living spaces across Northeast Ohio.

This role starts as a crew carpenter, but if you’ve got real leadership instincts and a work ethic that matches the quality we deliver, we’re always looking for future leads and foremen.

You’ll work with top tier materials like TimberTech, Trex, and Deckorators, CAMO and FastenMaster fastening systems, and Milwaukee tools. We build the kind of decks that make neighbors jealous. If that sounds like your vibe, you’ll fit right in.

Required Skills:
Carpentry experience in decks, framing, outdoor structures, or general construction
• Ability to read measurements accurately and make precise cuts
• Experience with power tools and composite decking installation preferred
• Ability to dig, lift, carry, and work outdoors in all seasons
• Comfort working on a crew and taking direction from a foreman
• Basic understanding of framing, stair building, and post layout
• Attention to detail. We do not cut corners.
• Leadership or crew-lead potential is a major plus
• Ability to ask questions when unsure instead of guessing

Hours:
Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional extended hours based on project deadlines or weather conditions. Weekend availability is helpful but not required.

Wage:
18 to 28 per hour based on skill level, speed, and experience with deck building or carpentry.
