We do offer more pay based on experience. STNA $1.00 extra per hour.

We are hiring for Part-time Resident Assistants all shifts available. We also are looking for a Full-Time 2nd shift Resident Assistant. Full and Part-Time Resident Assistants are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy resident assistant to join our team in providing excellent care to our residents. The resident assistant will follow a daily care schedule with residents.

Required Skills:
To succeed as a resident assistant you must be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your resident feel safe and comfortable.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
Following a prescribed healthcare plan.
Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the resident in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Full or Part Time:
Full-Time and Part-Time

Hours:
1st Shift: 6a.m. – 2 p.m.
2nd Shift: 2p.m. – 10 p.m.
3rd Shift: 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Full-Time is 4-5 days per week including every other weekend.

Part-Time is 2-3 days per week including every other weekend.

Wage:
1st Shift: $18 an hour
2nd Shift: $19 an hour
3rd Shift: $20 an hour
