We are seeking a motivated Hydraulic Component Service Technician (Level 2) to join our repair team. In this role, you will perform advanced failure analysis, develop component evaluations, machining instructions and outsourced work orders to offer a better than new repair to our customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in hydraulic component solutions. While we are currently hiring for a full time team member, we are also offering this opportunity as part time to MCCC Students currently enrolled in a relative course. As a bonus, you will be trained and work with MCCC alumni! Required Skills:
Responsibilities
– Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics of hydraulic components using specialized tools and equipment
– Perform disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of hydraulic parts with precision and care
– Utilize a fully digital evaluation system to document failure points, labor and materials required for repair and improvements
– Utilize custom testing equipment to verify component repairs meet our quality standards.
– Troubleshoot complex issues by analyzing component performance and identifying root cause failures
– Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Requirements
– Career center or technical school training a plus.
– Mechanical ability is a must. Experience as an equipment mechanic or technician preferred or students currently enrolled in a mechanical related program
– Ability to use precision measuring tools or learn to do so is required
– Applicant must be proficient and embrace technology as part of their job
– Ability to read mechanical prints is required
– Most importantly, you must enjoy working in a team environment with highly skilled professionals with a goal of providing the highest quality hydraulic component repairs in the industry!

Wage:
Part time has no benefits
Early placement or after school pay is $19.00 per hour
