We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy resident assistant to join our team in providing excellent care to our residents. The resident assistant will follow a daily care schedule with residents.

We are hiring for Part-time and Full-Time.

Resident Assistants are to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Required Skills:
Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

Following a prescribed healthcare plan.

Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.

Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the resident in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.

Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Full or Part Time:
Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours:
1st shift: 6a-2p

2nd shift: 2p-10p

Wage:
$18 an hour base pay

$1 an hour extra with STNA

$1 an hour extra for 2nd shift

As soon as possible
