Central Lawn & Landscape is hiring motivated graduating seniors who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and grow with our team. We provide comprehensive landscape & mowing services to businesses and residences in the Medina County area, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Mow Crew on our team, you will operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces.

Job Duties:
.A valid driver’s license required
.Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
.Familiarity with common landscaping equipment
.Landscaping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
.Reliable and self-motivated

Evaluation:
.Ninety (90) Day Review
.Meet standard work procedure expectations
.Sign on bonus of $500.00 after sixty (60) days

.Carry Back Pack Blower on Back
.Operate Commercial Zero Turn Mowers
.Manicure Turf w/Line Trimmer
.Perform Spring & Fall Leaf Clean Up
.Keep Weed Free Appearance in Landscape Beds
.Perform Shrub Trimming (will train)

Hours:
Monday through Friday (Saturdays mandatory if needed for rain days)
