What You’ll Do:
Customer Service Excellence

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude

Build lasting customer relationships by offering personalized product recommendations

Proactively support customers on the sales floor to meet their needs

Sales Support and Product Knowledge

Develop strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and services

Help customers locate products, explain features, and suggest alternatives

Demonstrate proper product and tool usage when needed

Store Operations and Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

Stock shelves, check inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries

Ensure product displays and signage are neat and well-stocked

Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and support smooth store operations

Support management and other associates in daily tasks

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude contributing to a friendly work atmosphere

Sales and Performance Goals

Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Share ideas to improve sales, product placement, and store performance

What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail experience a plus but not required

Passion for DIY home improvement and hardware products highly valued

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Positive attitude and strong desire to help customers

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods

Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
