**Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities**

1. Provide client services as directed by the Director of Nursing or RN Supervisor.

2. Provide personal care as needed, including:

* Bathing, hygiene, grooming, and oral care
* Dressing, undressing, and toileting assistance
* Light housekeeping, bed-making, and maintaining an orderly environment
* Meal preparation, cleanup, and feeding assistance
* Medication reminders/self-administration support
* Skin care support, repositioning, and mobility encouragement
* Active/passive range-of-motion assistance per care plan
* Walking, transferring, and mobility assistance
* Taking and recording vital signs, height, weight, intake, and output as required

3. Maintain a safe environment and provide quality care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.

4. Assist with transportation, including doctor appointments, shopping, and outdoor activities.

5. Follow infection control procedures and Universal Precautions.

6. Respond appropriately to emergency situations.

7. Use equipment safely and properly.

8. Protect client rights, including:

* Privacy and dignity during care
* The right to accept or refuse care
* Confidentiality of client information

Wage:
Base pay is $15 based on experience
