We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to service a well-established, high-density lawn route in the Strongsville area. This position is primarily residential with a small number of commercial properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and are comfortable working independently, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

* Mow, trim, and edge residential and commercial properties
* Follow an efficient, dense route with minimal drive time
* Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
* Provide exceptional service while maintaining high-quality standards
* Work independently after completing paid training

Qualifications

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
* Lawn care experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
