Description:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience rebuilding automatic transmissions and be comfortable working on domestic rear-wheel-drive and 4×4 applications. This role involves more than just assembly—you’ll be an important part of the entire remanufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Rebuild automatic transmissions to company quality standards
Perform transmission teardown and inspection
Prepare components for assembly and rebuilding
Conduct dyno testing and quality verification
Diagnose and identify worn or damaged components
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of automatic transmission rebuilding experience
Experience with domestic rear-wheel-drive and 4×4 transmissions
Knowledge of 3-speed and 4-speed automatic transmissions, such as TH350, TH400, 700R4, 4L60E and AOD
Ability to read technical specifications and follow company procedures and build specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude

Full time

Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Wage:
Pay: From $25.00 per hour, based on experience
