Description:
We are hiring for Full Time or Part Time Resident Assistants on 2nd shift (2p-10p.) Resident Assistants are REQUIRED to work every other weekend and every other holiday (no exceptions).

We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy resident assistant to join our team in providing excellent care to our residents. The resident assistant will follow a daily care schedule with residents.

To succeed as a resident assistant you must be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your resident feel safe and comfortable.

Required Skills:
Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

Following a prescribed healthcare plan.

Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.

Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the resident in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.

Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Full or Part Time:
Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours:
The hours for 2nd shift RA here are 2p-10p, 4p-8p, 4:45p-10p

Wage:
$18 an hour + $1 shift an hour shift differential for non-STNA
$19 an hour + $1 shift an hour shift differential for STNA

As soon as possible
