General Description:
The role of an Assembly worker is to safely produce a quality product according to the guidelines of the customer’s work order. The assembler will work in a team environment with other assemblers performing a variety of skilled and/or unskilled tasks.

Responsibilities:
Understand and follow construction methods (blue print/shop drawing reading to ensure accuracy of components and finished goods)
The worker can perform basic assembly utilizing glue & dowels in the allotted timeframe
Build sub-assemblies (bases and drawers)
Final assembly, including attaching and adjusting doors and drawer fronts
Package and clean products in the allotted timeframe
Understand the production paperwork including assembly bills, travelers and cut-lists
Quality inspection of product as required by supervisor
Maintain a high level of production
Perform final clean-up of finished product and some packaging.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of basic hand tools (air driven nail gun, hand routers, screw drivers, table/miter saw
Good attendance is a high priority.
Effective communication
Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, as well as bend, stoop, kneel, carry, walk/stand for duration of shift 8+ hours per day, with no restriction or issue.
Can-do attitude/mentality, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

M-Th 6am-430pm
F 6am-230p

Wage:
$17-$22
