As a Life Care Professional for the Patriot Care team, you are essential to providing compassionate and trusting care. You will:<\/p>\n
Assist veterans with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
\nProvide a supportive environment that builds trust with veterans and their families.
\nCommunicate veteran changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
\nComplete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
\nUse electronic software for timekeeping.
