Central Lawn & Landscape is hiring motivated graduating seniors who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and grow with our team. We provide comprehensive landscape & mowing services to businesses and residences in the Medina County area, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Mow Crew on our team, you will operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n
Job Duties:
\n.A valid driver’s license required
\n.Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
\n.Familiarity with common landscaping equipment
\n.Landscaping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
\n.Reliable and self-motivated<\/p>\n
Evaluation:
\n.Ninety (90) Day Review
\n.Meet standard work procedure expectations
\n.Sign on bonus of $500.00 after sixty (60) days<\/p>\n

\n.Operate Commercial Zero Turn Mowers
\n.Manicure Turf w\/Line Trimmer
\n.Perform Spring & Fall Leaf Clean Up
\n.Keep Weed Free Appearance in Landscape Beds
\n.Perform Shrub Trimming (will train)<\/p>\n

\nMonday through Friday (Saturdays mandatory if needed for rain days)<\/p>\n
