Duties<\/p>\n
Diagnose and repair small engines, handheld power tools, and related equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
\nPerform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and safety inspections on small engines and handheld devices.
\nConduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, wiring, switches, and generators.
\nCollaborate with service advisor to explain repairs, recommend maintenance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service experience.
\nMaintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all repairs performed.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Proven dealership experience or service technician background in small engine or equipment repair.
\nStrong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, electrical systems, welding, soldering, and diesel engine repair.
\nProficiency with hand tools and power tools.
\nAbility to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
