Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude<\/p>\n
Build lasting customer relationships by offering personalized product recommendations<\/p>\n
Proactively support customers on the sales floor to meet their needs<\/p>\n
Sales Support and Product Knowledge<\/p>\n
Develop strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and services<\/p>\n
Help customers locate products, explain features, and suggest alternatives<\/p>\n
Demonstrate proper product and tool usage when needed<\/p>\n
Store Operations and Maintenance<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment<\/p>\n
Stock shelves, check inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries<\/p>\n
Ensure product displays and signage are neat and well-stocked<\/p>\n
Team Collaboration<\/p>\n
Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and support smooth store operations<\/p>\n
Support management and other associates in daily tasks<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude contributing to a friendly work atmosphere<\/p>\n
Sales and Performance Goals<\/p>\n
Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets<\/p>\n
Share ideas to improve sales, product placement, and store performance<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring:
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n
Previous retail experience a plus but not required<\/p>\n
Passion for DIY home improvement and hardware products highly valued<\/p>\n
Excellent customer service and communication skills<\/p>\n
Positive attitude and strong desire to help customers<\/p>\n
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others<\/p>\n
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements:
\nAbility to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods<\/p>\n
Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs<\/p>\n
