\nWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated grounds person to join our team this summer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care with the ability to endure working hard outside even in the heat of summer.<\/p>\n
Duties include:<\/p>\n
Collaborate with your team to ensure cohesive care for gardens and lawns.
\nClean and maintain job sit.
\nMaintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
\nAbility to assist with pruning and removing trees in limited drop zones
\nExperience in tree care maintenance or landscaping preferred but not necessary!
\nAbility to work Saturdays and on-call shifts
\nAbility to lift 50 lbs and meet physical job demands
\nAbility to pass a drug screening
\nReliable transportation to and from shop<\/p>\n

Required Skills:
\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to recognize potential hazards in the work environment.
\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
