We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right \u2014 detail-oriented and comfortable working with their hands \u2014 and wants to be part of a small shop team where your work shows in every finished piece.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do:<\/p>\n
Pull and prepare parts accurately from work orders and assemble metal components
\nInspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish
\nMaintain organized inventory and communicate material needs to your supervisor
\nSafely operate shop equipment including saws, sanders, and hand tools
\nPackage and prepare finished products for shipment so they arrive in perfect condition
\nKeep a clean, organized, and safe workspace<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For:<\/p>\n
Some experience in assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, or a hands-on trade (1 year preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
\nMechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools
\nStrong attention to detail \u2014 you notice when something’s off, and you fix it
\nReliable, organized, and able to work both independently and with a team
\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift<\/p>\n

In 2021, the company launched Fittings Metal Collection, which designs and manufactures handcrafted metal shelving, wine racking, and architectural accents for luxury residential and hospitality spaces across the country.<\/p>\n
This position is employed by Architectural Justice and works directly with the Fittings team in our metal shop, where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to delivering high-quality products to our customers.<\/p>\n
