Every piece that leaves our shop carries the standard of a company that has delivered artisan-level craftsmanship for 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right \u2014 detail-oriented and comfortable working with their hands \u2014 and wants to be part of a small shop team where your work shows in every finished piece.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/p>\n<p>Pull and prepare parts accurately from work orders and assemble metal components<br \/>\nInspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish<br \/>\nMaintain organized inventory and communicate material needs to your supervisor<br \/>\nSafely operate shop equipment including saws, sanders, and hand tools<br \/>\nPackage and prepare finished products for shipment so they arrive in perfect condition<br \/>\nKeep a clean, organized, and safe workspace<\/p>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/p>\n<p>Some experience in assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, or a hands-on trade (1 year preferred, but we&#8217;ll train the right person)<br \/>\nMechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail \u2014 you notice when something&#8217;s off, and you fix it<br \/>\nReliable, organized, and able to work both independently and with a team<br \/>\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift<\/p>\n<p>About Architectural Justice &amp; Fittings:<\/p>\n<p>For 40 years, Architectural Justice has delivered artisan-level remodeling, custom interiors, and distinctive design.
