Position Overview:<\/p>\n
As a Remodeling Apprentice, you will assist with various aspects of residential remodeling, including cabinet installation, trim work, flooring, tile, and granite countertop installation. You\u2019ll work closely with our skilled Lead Installer to develop your craft and gain experience across a variety of interior remodeling disciplines.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities May Include:<\/p>\n
Assisting with demolition, site prep, and material handling
\nSupporting framing, cabinet, and trim installation
\nHelping install flooring, tile, and drywall
\nLearning proper techniques for granite countertop handling and placement
\nAssisting with minor plumbing and electrical work under supervision
\nMaintaining clean and organized job sites
\nFollowing safety procedures and taking pride in quality workmanship<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Willingness to learn and take direction
\nThe ability to lift 100 pounds safely
\nBasic knowledge of hand and power tools
\nAbility to read a tape measure and work with fractions
\nFamiliarity with construction drawings\/blue prints
\nGood attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
\nPunctuality and reliable transportation required
\nPrevious experience or training in a construction trade<\/p>\n
