We are a Licensing\/Certification partner with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).<\/p>\n<p>Position Description<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Assistant who is eager to grow into a more established role within our company. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, motivated, and career-oriented professional with the ability to take on increasing responsibility and the potential to advance into a management role within the next two years.<\/p>\n<p>This position supports the day-to-day functionality of our website and Learning Management System (LMS). The following responsibilities of this position include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Technical &amp; Systems Support (Training Provided)<br \/>\no Assist with entering and updating course content within the Learning Management System (LMS)<br \/>\no Help ensure registrations, memberships, and renewals are functioning properly<br \/>\no Test website features including shopping cart, checkout, and user account access; review and understand system settings, troubleshoot issues, and help identify root causes when functionality is not working as expected<br \/>\no Perform routine website updates (e.g., plugin updates, basic content updates)<br \/>\no Assist with ongoing website maintenance, including organizing content and removing or archiving outdated or retired materials<br \/>\no Review and update basic SEO settings (such as page titles, descriptions, and metadata) to support website visibility and accuracy<br \/>\no Identify, document, and report technical issues; assist with troubleshooting<br \/>\no Participate in quality assurance testing for courses, quizzes, and overall user experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Operations &amp; Administrative Support<br \/>\no Support membership and registration processes from a systems perspective<br \/>\no Enter and maintain accurate data across platforms<br \/>\no Assist with product setup and updates<br \/>\no Collaborate with team members to support daily workflows and system improvements<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills:<br \/>\nCandidate Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Education<br \/>\no High School Diploma required, some college preferred in an IT-related field<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience<br \/>\no Team-oriented work history with customer service experience<br \/>\no Minimum 1-year of experience in administrative, technical support, or related roles<br \/>\no Some experience working on websites, LMS platforms, or similar systems (academic, internship, or work experience acceptable)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Track Record \u2013 Personal Traits<br \/>\no Comfortable learning and navigating new technology with the ability to train others<br \/>\no Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<br \/>\no Ability to follow processes and complete tasks accurately<br \/>\no Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Preferred Skills<br \/>\no Access Database experience<br \/>\no Familiarity with WordPress, LMS platforms, or similar tools<br \/>\no Experience with membership-based or nonprofit organizations<br \/>\no Basic understanding of website functionality (user workflows, plugins, SEO basics, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Full or Part Time:<br \/>\n32 hours\/week<\/p>\n<p>Hours:<br \/>\nBusiness hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
