\nBuilding & Grounds Team Member (Part-Time) Saint Colette Catholic Church 330 W. 130 St. Brunswick, OH 44212 Saint Colette Catholic Church, a vibrant, family-centered parish of 2,100 families in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, Ohio, seeks a dedicated, part-time, Building and Grounds Team Member. The Building & Grounds Team is responsible for providing support and preventative maintenance, to all campus buildings, equipment, on our 22-acre campus.<\/p>\n
Major Responsibilities\/Activities: \u2022 Oversee setup and takedown for Parish functions and transportation of items around campus. \u2022 Maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment. \u2022 Perform basic janitorial duties such as cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, emptying trash, etc. \u2022 Safely operate landscaping and snow removal power equipment. \u2022 Other related assignments as required to support the parish and its various ministries. Skills and Requirements: \u2022 This position requires availability for an 8-hour shift \u2013 on Monday and Friday, and an additional weekday or weekend day as necessary. \u2022 Competent and safe use of hand power tools. \u2022 Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push or pull heavy loads or carts. \u2022 Must be able to work in various positions indoors and outdoors for several hours year-round. \u2022 Must be an ethical, good communicator, and self-starter. \u2022 Ability to collaborate with the Parish Staff, ministries, and volunteers. \u2022 Valid Ohio Driver\u2019s license required. \u2022 Must be insurable by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, OH. \u2022 The responsibilities listed above are representative of the position but are not all inclusive. Education\/Compensation: \u2022 High School diploma or equivalent. \u2022 This position is paid hourly with a maximum of 24 hours per week. \u2022 No benefits are included in this position.
