We take care of all the marketing and line up customers for you to visit. By matching customers with our suite of solutions, you\u2019ll help them to have safer homes, reduce the risk of fire, help their appliances work more efficiently, and save them time and headaches.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For as a Service Technician<\/p>\n
When you meet with potential Dryer Vent Wizard customers, you\u2019ll:<\/p>\n
Complete dryer vent diagnostic inspections.
\nProblem-solve issues and offer customer complete solutions.
\nClean, repair, and install dryer vents.<\/p>\n
Are You a Good Fit?<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll be great at this job if:<\/p>\n
You love figuring out the root problems and coming up with complete solutions.
\nYou communicate easily with people and know how to explain things well.
\nYou like to fix things on the spot. You\u2019ll be doing everything in one visit.
\nYou prefer to work independently. You\u2019ll be working from your own company-provided van and doing jobs on your own.
\nYou\u2019re comfortable with ladders, being on roofs 2 or 3 stories off the ground, and crawling in tight spaces.
\nYou keep your cool around bugs, spiders, birds, and other creatures you might discover in the process.
\nYou know how to use tools.
\nYou care about safer homes. Many Dryer Vent Wizard Service Technicians used to be firefighters. In this role, you\u2019ll help prevent fires!<\/p>\n

Follow our Dryer Vent Wizard process for diagnostic inspections.
\nComplete all assigned jobs for each day.
\nOffer complete solutions to customers.
\nProvide great customer service!<\/p>\n

\nComplete training and support<\/p>\n
Required Skills:
\nEligibility<\/p>\n
Do you have documentation proving your eligibility to work in the United States?
\nDo you hold a valid driver’s license
\nDo you have prior handyman related experience
\nDo you have experience using an extension ladder?
\nResidential and commercial roofs, attics, crawl spaces
\nHave you worked on roof tops, in attics, or crawl spaces?<\/p>\n
Do you have hands on experience using power tools? Example(s) Drills, Multi Tools, Hammer Drill, Metal cutting tools<\/p>\n

\n25 to 40 hours per week based on customer demand<\/p>\n
Hours:
\nMonday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00<\/p>\n
Wage:
\n90 day training wage is $17.50 per hour
\nIf you pass the 90 day assessment, a 10% increase to $19.25 per hour<\/p>\n
