\nWe are hiring for Full Time or Part Time Resident Assistants on 2nd shift (2p-10p.) Resident Assistants are REQUIRED to work every other weekend and every other holiday (no exceptions).<\/p>\n
We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy resident assistant to join our team in providing excellent care to our residents. The resident assistant will follow a daily care schedule with residents.<\/p>\n

To succeed as a resident assistant you must be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your resident feel safe and comfortable.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:
\nAssisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.<\/p>\n
Following a prescribed healthcare plan.<\/p>\n
Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.<\/p>\n
Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the resident in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.<\/p>\n
Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.<\/p>\n

Hours:
\nThe hours for 2nd shift RA here are 2p-10p, 4p-8p, 4:45p-10p<\/p>\n
Wage:
\n$18 an hour + $1 shift an hour shift differential for non-STNA
\n$19 an hour + $1 shift an hour shift differential for STNA<\/p>\n
Start Date:
\nAs soon as possible<\/p>\n
