\nWe are a large-scale industrial coating company located on Cleveland’s west side. We have been in business for over forty-eight years. We provide coatings for a diverse collection of industries but also have a large presence in the automotive manufacturing field. We do most of our own maintenance in house, from boilers to roof repair and electrical. It’s never repetitive.<\/p>\n
We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and perform all basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you must have previous experience in maintenance, be skilled with the installation of electric motors (480V 3Ph), PVC and black pipe, conveyors and related drive systems. Must also be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:
\nMaintenance Worker Responsibilities:
\nConducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
\nPerforming preventative maintenance.
\nHandling basic repairs and maintenance.
\nElectrical installation, diagnostics and repair.
\nDiagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
\nRepairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
\nMaintenance Worker Requirements:
\nProven maintenance experience.
\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).
\nRelated degree from a technical college, or work experience equal to a journeyman.
\nSkilled in the use of hand and power tools.
\nEmployees supply their own tools, except those that are considered industrial.
\nAbility to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
\nAbility to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
\nAbility to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
\nExperience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
\nExperience performing routine maintenance.
\nStrong organizational and follow up skills.
\nProfessional presentation and attitude.
\nAbility to maintain focus while working individually.<\/p>\n

Hours:
\n2nd or 3rd, but will train on first. Days varies, will discuss in interview<\/p>\n
Wage:
\n20.00 – 35.00<\/p>\n
