The Office Manager will provide leadership to front-office staff, support clinical operations, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and maintain efficient clinic workflows. Certified medical assistant and prior experience in medical clinic operations is preferred, including registration and rooming.<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills:<br \/>\nPrior experience in registering patients, insurance verification, equipment calibration and daily compliance logs.<\/p>\n<p>Full or Part Time:<br \/>\nFull time<\/p>\n<p>Hours:<br \/>\nEvery other weekend (8-8) is mandatory; three 12-hour shifts per week for a total of 36-40 hours per week.
