Responsibilities
\nPrepare and cook meals according to planned menus and resident dietary needs<\/p>\n
Ensure meals are prepared and served safely and on time<\/p>\n
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen<\/p>\n
Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory as needed<\/p>\n
Work closely with the Dietary Manager and dietary team<\/p>\n
Provide friendly, respectful service to our residents<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nPrevious cooking or food service experience preferred<\/p>\n
Healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living experience preferred, but not required<\/p>\n
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices<\/p>\n
Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team<\/p>\n
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment<\/p>\n
